I want to get a cheap SSL Certificate, its not going to be used for Credit Card info, I just want to have something for when people sign up hosting and enter their personal info it will be secure. I'm using paypal and 2checkout for the credit card processors, the cheapest i could find is for $25, I just want to know if there are any cheaper ones out there

For $25 make sure it is not using an "intermediate" root certificate otherwise your customers will need to install a cert in their browser.
Spend the extra couple of dollars and get the Geotrust from EV1 http://www.ev1servers.net/english/quickssldetails.asp it's worth it.

what about the one ev1servers.net has for $19.95 is that a good one or is it not worth getting?

No, I would stay away from the chained products it uses an "intermediate" root certificate. Those are OK if you don't mind having to give your customers a cert to install in their browser.
I bought one a few weeks back and was very disappointed. They have a 7 day exchange policy so I upgraded to the Geotrust QuickSSL.

I will probably end up getting a Geotrust SSL Certificate then. How hard is it to install a SSL Certificate using WHM? also does the website requare a dedicated ip address?

Installing the cert with WHM is a piece of cake. Yes, you do need a unique IP.

oh yea! one last thing how could i set it up like this i.e. secure.mysite.com? it seams to be more appealing then just using www.mysite.com

Just create a sub-domain in cpanel and call it secure. Then your orderform would have to sit in that secure folder.
Make sure when you order your cert that you order it for secure.yoursite.com rather than yoursite.com.

Would it also work if I setup a CNAME record for it instead?

Try freessl.com. They offer Single root certificates for $39 (However it is only $29 if you signup for their reseller program). They issue the certificate in seconds and installation is breeze.

The GeoTrust certificates offered by Ev1Servers are extremely economical and are overall a great choice. The process of obtaining the certificate is a piece of cake. ;)
