Let's say I have 2 hosts that have servers on the US and I want to check which host will have faster access for guests from Israel, like me.
Is there some good software maybe for this? other ways?

Traceroute them and ping them at different times. Ask them both for a trial account or for a test big file .zip and upload/download from each of them.

It's not really that simple, as it will also depend on which Israeli ISP the visitor is coming from. I think that as long as the host in question has good connectivity, there really shouldn't be much difference.

Get some friends around your area with different ISP's to ping the webhosts in question and see who has the lowest average ping time. (To ping a host, open a DOS or shell prompt and type "ping domain.com")
That should give you a good overall idea.
