Hi all I just purchased a server from 15minuteservers.com yesterday. Their support and setup has been great and the quality that they provide is excellent. The server is running perfectly. I am having trouble connecting to the IP batch that was given to me. The server runs a seperate IP with different numbers and customers can connect to that without any problems. The problems I am experiencing however is connecting to the additional IP batch provided. Most customers cannot ping these IPs at all but some can.
Here is one of the IPs: 66.246.122.5
If you can ping it and give me a tracert that would really be helpful. Thank you all in advance for your time. I'm located in Chicago and I am unable to ping those IPs but can work with the main server IP. I have set everything up on the server but when it comes to pinging just those IPs (which are seperate from the servers) I am unable to do so. I'm trying to help their customer support by attempting to give them more proof about the situation if possible.
And their slogan is very true ;). I went with NAC and even thought here is this slight problem the customer server and quality they provide is amazing :).

It's very interesting because on the old SM server I can ping as well but from my connection here in Chicago it stops..?

Hi, I also need some connections from on-dedicated connections. It seems that if you have any sort of router in your personal network you are unable to connect it. I just had a customer who had a router take the router off and do a direct connection and experienced no errors without it but if he places the router on he cannot ping the IP.

They fixed everything was a router issue :).
