I was with them for just over a month. I left due to too many outages on their hostdime63 server. (I was running a bulletin board with at most 50 users) I definitely got what I paid for.

Hmm...I'm surprised. I usually hear nothing but good things.

They seem like a fairly reliable company. I would choose them for reselling.

I have now been with them thru 3 billing cycles with a reseller account. I have experienced nothing but positive with them.
Fast response times to any and all questions I have asked.
I would highly suggest them for a reseller account.

I personally LOVE them!! They have done nothing but right in my book. The only problem I had was when the big data center moved last month, but that really was not their fault.
My uptime has been over 99.999999%, tech support has got better in the last few months so if I have a question it gets answered real quick. All and All they 110% in my book.
If you want to check my load times on my site see www.perfectouchmassage.com
or you can email any questions you might have about them to me and I'd be happy to answer them.

Lets just say they're good enough to rely on them for me to grab a dedicated from them and house it in their datacenter. :)

i applied for their service and tried them for about 20 days then i noticed there were some problems of IP when connecting from China, it was very very slow.
I have read some info on here and it seems it is a 50% 50% company, some bad stuff and good ones also.
You need to try first, they offer 30 days money back guarantee.

Hello,
We are working very hard to improve the company along with redesigning our Network and company. If you provide a traceroute to me I can take a look at where the slow down is

Thanks

You can try them out shared with HasWeb.com for cheap, if you'd like.

HI

i have worked with the staff of Hostdime at my problem and at the end they couldn't do anything. It took them 2 weeks to understand that they couldn't help at all and for me I lost many clients.
Anyway never mind. I am very happy with my current company
