Can someone tell me why this is not working?

We have tried numerous trace routes from tracert.com and have come up with this. . .
traceroute: unknown host host.combustioncold.com
traceroute: host.combustioncold.com: no address associated with hostname

Please help as hostopia.com support is not very helpful and we have been down over 18 hours.

Any help would be much appreciated.

there are 2 DNS servers for that host, and they are both the same machine, it looks like the DNS server isnt there, it may have crashed:
