what the best Host index (directory) drive more clients to you?

which better ... Listing or banners ? is banners still can drive traffic or the visitors no longer see it ??

I'm interested as well. I have never done it and would like to know where the best results have been achieved.

webhostdir.com gives me good visitors/value for my $$$ :)
hostsearch.com is also good. :)

i don't have comments on other directories. ;)

EDIT: goto.com and about.com are not good because my tracker shows 10 visitors and there site shows 23-50 clicks. Now where other clicks go i never know, may be some people click again and again on my ad. so my trackers shows 1 and there they charge for 10. go with these only if you have big buks in your pocket. :bawling:
