U will need a controlpanel like Hosting Controller or Helm , if no , u need to manually create using the Microsoft DNS.

When in doubt, go to microsoft.

Try this for starters: HOW TO: Create a New Zone on a DNS Server in Windows Server 2003 (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;323445)

Just keep in mind that DNS looks simple, but can get complicated.

Is it possible to test your DNS config from the server to see if it's going to work right, without having to wait for web-wide propogation?

nslookup domain.tld servers.base.ip.address from ms-dos command prompt on your local workstation should do the trick.
