Anyone using addr.com?

Can anyone help me how to get my mysql running?
their FAQ pages seems down (almost 2 weeks now).

It takes days to get answer from them.

I have account with them with mysql features, now I am planning to install dbman sql on their server, but I don't know my database name and password.

Please help.

Sorry I can't help you, but if you don't mind, let me tell you something. I have terrible experience with addr. They're suck, they use all of their money to advertise (in most of webhost review sites). I've emailed so many times them and they didn't answer me for 3 weeks, nothing. Finally I cancelled my account (and that time was fast :D ). It's a NO NO NO. There are many better web hosts out there with equal or better prices.

Seems to me that mySQL is one of the top things provided, but not supported by many hosts. I mean, that clients are commonly refered to mysql.com for help.
