A full 24 channel ISDN line isn't that bad, maybe they only have 20 customers..then it'd be sweet. Of course I'm sure, like you, it is 128k - but still, it could be much bigger.

Our connectivity is based on multiple T-1 lines and our uplink provider has an on-site OC48 with additional 11 OC48 fiber optic lines with an overall 2.5 GIG capacity.
The ISDN was just a backup line....

Yah, uhm, read my post again. The ISDN is just their backup line, MEANING the 10,000 domains they have hosted are on their main line.
The traceroute to this host is very interesting. It seems that they use PAJO.NET, and from the traceroute, it looks like they are in the colo facility. I bet that this was a PAJO network upgrade and not thier own.
But I could be wrong about this....
