Hi MattS!!! In a reseller, I look for good prices!!! That is very important to me. It has to be extremely inexpensive (as in cheap). And the support must be excellent. When I ask a question, they should respond in less than an hour. I shouldn't have to wait TOO long... Web Hosting Providers should provide at least 500 megabytes of disk space.

I WOULD LOVE to have a good web hosting provider that gave resellers a thorough guide on starting a web hosting company. That would be nice... to me! They could also provide templates and designs... Another thing would be interaction with an employee at ALL TIMES. That's all!

Matt, you should search the board. There were a lot of discussions about this.

Also, to find out another way, just put yourself into their position. e.g. What would you want if you are a reseller...
