Hi,
We're using MS Exchange 2003 + Windows server 2003 to handle email.
Recently the disk that the email was on ran out of disk, and at midnight the mail store was unmounted and refused to remount.
I've tried moving it to a new partition and running execheck /p on the databases which aparently repaired them, and still no go.
I can make a repair group and it mounts without a problem, however I can't make the default mail group mount and thus nobody can access mail.
Can anyone help?

In ESM, did you change where the master database and logs are stored?
What error message are you getting?

Yep i moved them, wouldn't let me move them at first but after I did a repair it let me (as it said the database suffered an inproper shutdown), so it moved eventually.
Error I get when I try to mount it is: (screenshot below)

General Look at the mail queue: (screenshot below)

And yes I have tried what it says in the error, including several restarts, but no its not working.

Hi,
As a last resort I need someone to fix this for me as we need email up ASAP. If anyone is willing to fix this remotely for me for a fee, please PM me.

Run a backup on the server using MSBackup - That will truncate the logfiles for the exchange server. After that is done, restart the server (once the free space is back up there). It SHOULD come back around after that.
Let me know what that does for you. If it doesn't work out for you, give me a shout and I'll see if I can get in there and get it fixed for you.
