Have these prices been changed on the website? I do not see any of the above mentioned prices on your website unless I am wrong here.

Our off server backup solutions are going to be offered in the coming weeks. Right now we do offer a second drive option, and extra ip.

The costs are as follows

and extra ips are $7.50 for a block of 14 ips.

There are no specials or coupons for WHT members? As in waived setup fees etc..? I'd be more than happy to give you guys a try if you had some sort of discount :)

The special offer for WHT members, is FREE CPANEL for life of the account. And we do offer $0 setup fee plans.

Well Jay, I have an old P3 1.2 Ghz server that I wanted to upgrade to your new Dual Xeon server but sales told me that there's no easy upgrade path. I will need to copy the data myself to the new server and all the IPs will change. I assumed there'd be no help from tech at all in the upgrade.

It made me very disappointed and rather than upgrading, I'm now considering to abandon that server and just move all the clients to a new server at different provider.

Never assume anything. But to answer your question yes, there is help to migrate accounts, it is basically a WHM account transfer, pretty simple and straight forward. But sales is correct there is no easy upgrade path between older hardware and current hardware.

is there any long term contract? I have to wait until sept 10th to find out if I need a new server or not. Any chance of freezing the price until then!

The pricing is set. But the free CPanel offer cannot be extedned past sunday night. Fantastico I might be able to do something with.

How about Urchin? Means after this promotion I purchase, I need to pay for Cpanel Only? and get fantastico+urchin? and how much is the charges for cpanel?

Urchin is free, and will remain free, after the special. Cpanel, will be $20 a month and fatasitco will be $20 one time fee starting monday.
