Hello to everyone,
Just a friendly reminder, for anyone who need and don't know about the FREE way to integrate a Trouble Ticket System (Customer Support System) into your Plesk, this is what you need (I guess).
Ever heard of PerlDesk (PerlDesk.com)? PerlDesk is a TTS with loads of features (can even compete with others commercial TTS) which is FREE.
The authur that PerlDesk did try to integrate PerlDesk with Plesk so your client can use their current Username and Password to login to the TTS and submit trouble ticket (in a very professional way). Soon, he even will come out with a Password Reminder feature which Plesk don't have.
The beta version of PerlDesk Plesk version is released but the Final Release is not here yet. The reason of why the Final Version is not release is that, the authur find that the demand is not high.
So, this post is for everyone who wish to have a good TTS that can be integrate with Plesk. What we can do now is post more question and if possible, help the authur to build and complete the Plesk version of PerlDesk.
By this way, everyone will have a good TTS for your business. Just visit www.perldesk.com and join the forum for Plesk version discussion. The authur want to see the damand and I guess you all who want will know what to do...
See you there...
Warm regards,
Leslie
