Hello,

I wonder anybody face this problem. I have an account with 2co, and get quite of number of fraud cases, i am not sure is true or not, but even the email address can be the reason of suspicious fraud cases from 2co.

I am selling hosting and I mean fraud is still acceptable when 2co email me saying the order do not pass fraud after 2-3 days of activating client account, i can just suspend it, though I have lost my money in domain name registration.

I am wondering, if I want to sell goods like mobile phone or watches, and after I send out the goods, they just cancel it because of fraud, etc, what happen to my product I send out then? who's going to bare the loses??

I already loss in paying for domain name because of fraud cases.

Another thing is that they only wired the payment after 14 days of the calender month, and I was not inform that they need another 16 days to check on the ACCOUNT APPROVAL to wired the money to me, as this is the first time i take out money from my account. How if I am selling tangible item? and I need money to get stock?
Should I need to wait for more than 1 month to receive my payment?

Please help... anybody knows any other payment processor who don't issue FRAUD emails and cancel the payment after 3-30 days and fast payment?

I know paypal and ikobo is very safe but not all customer have account with them. I don't like paysystems for some reason also. Besides those, anybody knows a better one?

I am planning to sell tangible goods and 2co is out of my lists for payment processing, commission doesn't matter as long as no simply cancelation or chargeback and slow payment!

thanks in advance!

Well... I don't think PaySystems is something you'd want to use anymore. Read the news and threads here and you'll see what I mean. ;)

Regarding 2CO, the reason why they are so stringent - is really because they are trying to avoid a similiar fate as what happened to PaySystems. Fraud is the death knell for many a 3rd party processor and so it is avoided at all costs.

yeah, i do not want to use paysystems also, i register with them earlier and no news from them, even i have pay the setup fees, but can't they cancel the fraud earlier rather than cancel it after 20 days when I lost in the domain name already?

imo, the fraud notice is for you to do due diligence on the account.

try requesting for more information like a faxed copy of their id and the front part of their credit card. if they comply, notify 2co via a ticket preferably with the faxed docs and they won't cancel the account.

the notice is actually for your protection.
