This was in the BillCC merchant control panel:

Our bank merchant account has been closed by the bank. The cart will not be functional anymore. We do apologize for the inconvenience.
Some other services that can be used are:

www.paypal.com
www.ccnow.com
www.ibill.com
www.2checkout.com

Please note that on we cannot accept new orders as the account was closed.
billCC.com services ended. Client Account Management will be available to view the orders.

Good thing I didn't use them :) (just signed up for a view of their MCP;)).

Most newbie thirdparty billers get shut down because of ONE reason only. And that is factoring, this happens when idiots decide to open a billing firm on a standard USA based merchant account thinking that it can be used for such a project, where as it cant, if your merchant services provider finds out what you're doing then you're screwed :)

Yup I agree.

When emailing them about the support script they seemed totally annoyed and pretty uninterested in a very legitimate question.

Looking forward to when ADEBill is available :).
