I need an order form coverting to secure PHP. It runs on a secure htm page. So I want to plugin a secure PHP order form.

you can view the job here:

https://thelogocompany.net/orderform.htm (currently runs on formail)

This new script needs to plug right in on any place I currently have this order form ....eg : I also have it here:

http://thelogocompany.net/business-logo-design/orderform.htm

You need to provide detailed instructions to me also on how to change email addresses etc or add extra fields etc. So I can easily maintain it. It much also be hacker proof. :) Don't want no slim using it to send spam etc.

I am paying $100 via paypal for this job.

Do not bother to respond if you have less than 100 posts on this forum (one post for every dollar) because you will not get the job. Regardless of how great you are.

Please respond here with an example of your PHP expertise and I will select someone.

No aim, no IM, no emails, no other contact method apart from right here in this very thread :)

Hi,

I am partially confused here with your needs. Are you needing a full order form created in php or are you needing a custom more secured php based formmail?

I am interested in doing this for you after you answer the above for me. You can view my latest client work at: http://www.backslash-hosting.com. The entire site is php based including the custom order form.

If you haven't found anyone then I am interested.

I guess You want Paypal IPN integration as well.

I want to keep the order form the same. It is the processing of the order form I want to protect.

Simon,

I shall get working on something for you. ETA is not doable right this moment but I will keep you up to date with this. I haven't had to deal with your type of wishing before and so I am working hard and doing my best to work with the easiest and fastest methods I can.

Regards,
Tim

I don't recall giving you the job. I have not selected anyone for this yet. I also need the work doing today so if you can't fall in with the timeline then you will not be selected anyway.

Simon,

I'm looking at a further point and that is why I am doing this. If you do select me, I may have it already done by the time you select me and then you will not have to wait for the production process. I am in no way expecting you to pick me, just taking care of this beforehand. ;)

I would also like to know, Simon, if you are wanting this form to have PayPal and or any other processor API within it. From what it seems, the 1st link you posted is not resolving for me but, the 2nd is. Using the 2nd link, I tested without filling out info and it goes directly to the formmail. That is why I need to question about integration of payment gateway(s).

Hi Simon,

One question....Do you want the form data to be posted to paypal only..or any other gatway..do you have in mind?

If you can't see what the form is doing right now then you are probably not right for the job anyway.

The job is pretty simple. I am sure there is even a ready made script on the market that is free that does this job by replacing formail. It should be an easy $100.

I want the form to continue to do what it does now but instead of it using formail I want it to use PHP.

.....I had a server move a little earlier today so some bits of the site may not be working. That is in answer regarding the link not working.

Hi Simon,

I can definitely see the Paypal image on the form, but don't know about how you are processing all other cards...it may be through paypal only..or you might have another gateway..like authorize.net to process credit cards.....

One more thing is that I am getting 500 Internal Server error when submit the form in your site....so you can very well judge why this question came up....

To make you comfortable...the form will be doing eactly what it is doing now....except with php securely

Anyway, as a buyer you are best judge for this project:)

The errors you have are due to the server move. All these things are being fixed.

I realize I don't - yet - have 100 posts on the forum, but I'm going to ask for clarification anyway. Here's what I'm reading out of your posts:

1. You don't want to use your formmail script - I can understand why - and you want to use PHP instead. It appears that you are currently not using any gateway directly, but instead are receiving the order information through email.

My question is this - you apparently have two (possibly more) html forms that you want to use this script. Do you want to *replace* these forms with PHP and have the mailing logic be on the form itself, or do you want the mailing logic to be in a separate "mailsender.php" form? Either one can work, and either one *can* be relatively secure, if written properly.

I'll gladly write it for you if you like - look at the "Contact Us" forms on the sites on my Customers page for examples of my work.

Paul,

You understand the job 100%. I want the formail script replaced with a php script. My order form stays untouched apart from the post to the script :)

You have the job so let me have your paypal address. How do you work...job first then payment ? Payment first then job? or Half and Half. Anyway is good for me.

email me at simon@hostmob.com

I have some propogation issues right now that may be why lots of people are getting errors etc.

Not the clean and stress free server move I had hoped for :)

Simon,

Just incase that offer deal falls through, I can take care of it for you.

$100 for a new php version of sendmail is a very nice deal with any programmer.

Please feel free to let me know anyway

Simon,

I'm having trouble seeing the html form I need to integrate with - it's giving me some "You don't have permission" error. Can you send the html source to Paul.Embry@gmail.com please?
