his question may have been interpreted as rude from the brevity of it but it really is pertinent. For instance, the lifetime Tivo subscription specifies the lifetime of the hardware UNIT not the owner. So what lifetime is this based upon? Life of the server, life of the company, life of the user and if one of the first two, what type of information can you provide to users to boost confidence in the longevity of either? Is that less rude a way to put it?

since you don't have a website I'd like some company information if I'm to buy something for life I want it from a stable company. Are you an actual company or just a kiddie host? What state is your business registered in? What forms of payment do you accept? What is your TOS? What is your AUP?

Yes, z80 we're a stable company. Our Limited Liablity papers are being filed in the state of Delaware. Currently, we're in the process of opening up a private data center here in the New York City area. The network of our data center will be served with Savvis, Level3, and MCI running with Juniper M20 Routers when completed and utilzing the Internap FCP 5000.

We do provide a valid phone number on our website that allows you to pickup the phone and call a live rep.

We current accept PayPal as a method of payment and we're currently implenting our AuthorizeNET service. We also own our own block of /24's from our providers http://ws.arin.net/cgi-bin/whois.pl?queryinput=!%20NET-69-9-39-0-1.
