i had registered a domain last 3 days,

i try to add parkdomain , it is give me :

"Cannot determine nameserver ip for mynewdomain.com. Please make sure that it is registered with a valid domain name register. "

so i try to addon domain
"The subdomain, webhosting.myolddomain.com has been added.

Cannot determine nameserver ip for mynewdomain.com. Please make sure that it is registered with a valid domain name register.

The subdomain, webhosting.myolddomain.com has been removed.

mynewdomain.com could not be setup. The subdomain webhosting.myolddomain.com was not setup either. "


anybody facing this problem b4?/ i hav update to same nameservers to current domain already.

In whm click the box that allows unregistered domains..

It isn't a problem, it is a feature of Cpanel to make it so users can't put on a domain like yahoo.com. You can disable it in the Edit Settings part of WHM.

What's the domain name ? Sounds like something is messed up on the registrar side. Or did you set your DNS resolving correctly?

strange, i can create a new hosting account to the domain, but just cannot addon or park to another hosting account.

If you do what we all said above it should work.

Now as far as why it did not resolve need to check the nameservers and dns entries.
