Which are the best? Right now I've got AwStats, Webalizer, Analog. I've heard that urchin is really good. Whats the general consensus?

Urchin is a great stats package, but I always like AWStats. I currently AW because thats what came preinstalled on my hosting account :)

How to work AWStats with Plesk 7 ?
