I've been in the gaming network biz for a few years now. I've ran several free hosting networks and have had termedous success in the beginning, but it all comes down to $$$ for me and everyone else involved sooner or later. Now, I'm looking to do the same thing but for a price. Sector31.net is my free web hosting network for gamers. And I would like Sector31.com to be my paid service.

Currently, I'm looking for a designer to help me meet my needs for an excellent looking web site. I have several templates I've seen online for sale and have thought about buying one since they only range from $5-$25. But I figured I'd see what you guys could offer me first.

If I were to buy a template, would someone here be willing to fill in the images needed for me? Or, would they be more comfortable creating something on their own. This includes a number of sizes for advertisements for the site.

I'm looking for the lowest price possible and will give other essientials in return. Such as, I'll run your ads on my network (45,000 page views a day) for a given month OR two. If you don't have a site to advertise, I can come up with something else I'm sure.

As for the design, I'm looking for a blue and white scheme. White background with black text and blue images. The digital and technological look is what I'm going for. I have 8 different plans to offer to my clients so I'll need plenty of flexibility with the design. And of course, I would like it easy to be navigate around so my visitors and can find the information they are looking for with no problem.
