Hello ok just looking for some ideas of things we may have forgot / left out

What we have is
1. purchased space from server for us to resell
2. cpanel, and webhostmanager
3. nameservers
4. 3rd party billing accounts set up, and ready
5. 800 number and support ticket system
6. list of hostreviews and sites to list on
7. about 7 sites we are going to run banner ads on


Anything else anyone can think of
that we are forgetting

Customers (j/k), a good FAQ, making sure the site layout is well done and easy to navigate, domain affiliate/reseller program (affiliate program may be less of a hassle), and then just taking a couple test runs from a new user perspective and make sure everything works all the way through. Oh and if you haven't had your nameservers added to Network Solutions' database that might be a good thing to do ahead of time.

and yup our nameservers are added and up we have about 5 sites already that are running fine and good just testing everything out =)

got any good affiliate scripts ? id look into getting a nice set maybe
