I am sharing my internet connection. All of the computers connect through a basic SMC hub. I was wondering if there is some way for me to meter the bandwidth usage of all of the computer without installing client software on each one and without replacing the hub. Is there a way for me to sniff the packets to find the usage? I'm looking for easy to use software (doesn't have to be free). Thank you very much!!

nagios [nagios.org] and mrtg [people.ee.ethz.ch/~oetiker/webtools/mrtg/] might help you out...

Theres some software I saw on TV, it was mainly meant for wifi packet sniffing. Might or might not point you in the right direction of where you need to go

Thank you both! I will check both out. mrtg looks very complicated but I will give it a try - it seems like that is what most people are using. Do you know if there is a nice GUI interface that goes with it?
Thanks again.
