Well i was referred here by Anandtech peoples so heres what I have for some lucky Flash Developer thats willing to relocate to Tucson, AZ. The company i work for wolfsonginformatics.com is looking for an experienced programmer that is interested in learning applictions and development with new technologies. We recently aquired a new product line and im the only programmer here so we are looking to balance the work load asap.
Wolfsong Informatics LLC is looking for an experienced Programmer to develop modular applications for learning systems. We seek a highly motivated, creative and experienced flash developer with a strong desire to succeed. As a Wolfsong Informatics Programmer, you will be a part of a team that is pioneering evidence-based learning in the 21st century.
Responsibilities
Modular application development through Flash MX/MX2004.
Resolves routine to complex programming problems and determines appropriate solutions.
Database driven website, application design and development.
Information assimilation and processing for client applications.
Interface, interaction and user experience design.
Usability testing, issues and techniques.
Researches tools and technologies to determine alternative technology solutions .
Ability to effectively communicate algorithms and processes used.
Interact with peers and the field as a component of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Math, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related area of assignment.
4+ Years experience in Flash MX/MX2004 and ActionScript
Required Qualifications
2+ years Flash MX/MX2004 and ActionScript experience.
2+ years object oriented programming languages.
Java
C++
ActionScript 2.0
Or other OOP language
2+ years development in at least 1 server side language.
PHP
JSP
Perl
ASP
Or other server side languages.
Experienced in XML design and translation.
3+ years web development experience including CSS and Javascript knowledge.
Ability to interact with Oracle, mySQL, SQL Server or Postgre databases.
