Anyone use emocorp.com? they offer check writing, what do you think of them?

They are a SCAM! Their site stopped allowing people to login this past friday, but only people who had a positive balance in their account, all the no balance having accounts could login, add money, but not remove it. Now they are offline to all, claiming a ddos attack, this is day 4! A ddos attack does not selectively disable account passwords! They are a scam! Another Stormpay!!
