Can anyone recommend good software for running an affiliate program? I don't need anything fancy, just good security and the ability to pay on flat rates or maybe commissions.

I just wasted $49 on a POS, and I'm going to ask around before I try something else. :)

I use Groundbreak.com. Kinda pricey, but is an excellent program. Two-tier, flat rate or commission, integrates with most credit card programs including third party billing.

Some will be pertinent to what you want, some won't. But it is a very informative in-depth article on the subject that you should read before buying anything else.
