Hi,
Does anyone know where I could get hold of a list of English Words so I can use them in my Domain name finder software:
They need to be like the following:
word1
word2
word3
etc

if you search wordlists is google you can find dictionary word lists. These tend to be mostly used for cracking passwords it seems, but there are legitimate uses for these lists such as this.

No, I'm thinking of starting a website selling one word dot com, dot net and most of the others as well from a list I make from an application I developed which would be refreshed once a week etc and subscribers could download it when they like.
Many of the one word .com names are verbs, nouns and adjectives although there are still quite a few that arn't but are not as popular like the words "money" or "business" etc
What do you think, would there be a market for such a website & subscription?

i am doubt the service will find anything of value, there are so many ahead of you that anything half decent will surely be taken. And as for good ones expiring, there are thousands of eyes prying over those daily expiring lists each day, so chances are you won't be getting lots of gems expiring that nobody picks up either.

yeah i started looking at deleteddomains.com recently but I found it to be a waste of time unless your after some ideas then the 9 - 10 letter ones might help.
As for my planned idea, what I meant was I would sell the lists and no domain names would change hands with me but I would be just having the names made available for subscribers to the list. I know what your saying there are many people probably doing this sort of thing well already and are probably a lot more experienced than me.

I think if the software is well done you may be better off selling the software than the service, IMHO!
I would be interested in it, and depending how it is programmed (perl/php/windows), I would consider reviewing it in one of our soon to launch review portals. www.perlreviews.com, www.phpreviews.com or www.adminreviews.com.
