Hello !
Need help: anybody knows working e-mail, ICQ or something of support managed.com ?
I need reboot one of my dedicated servers and they did not answered for me for 7hours,:angry: :angry:
I used all known emails (reboot, support etc) and still no answer ;-(
How can I get couple of words from them ?

you got what you paid for.
there cant be good support for that money.

perhaps true.... but a reboot in less than 72 hours is something that should be able to be accomplished even at managed.com

sure it must be done, ask for remote reboot access
