I have looked for about 2 weeks for a good hosting service that meets my damands of a host which is simple. I need to be able to host 2 domains one on a main account and another on a sub-account. Thats it. A good Reselling plan in the future would be nice something I can plan in the future with. Don't want to move every 6 months.

The two I picked out are
www.highvim.com
and www.web-x.net


Note I know they have Unlimited plan but have talked to both of thier support staff and have researched just what they mean by that. Its not unlimited in fact alot of restrcitions but even at that I dont need what they say is their true limit. Don't need alot of space or anything at this point. But do need the Perl, MSQL Databases ect ect.

I'm sure All the hosting companies here would be able to offer this to you.
I would say you must keep a certain requirements of yours and see if the hosts meet that critirion. You must visualise yourself in say 1 year from now and see what you need this would eliminate the need to jump every 6 months.
