Well a 30 day money back guarantee is as good as the company is. I can see why a lot of people like that "guarantee", but it does no good if a company doesn't keep it. It's always a plus as long as they follow through on it, but I don't think it makes a company bad or good.

Hi!
It is a good thing to have the 30 day money back gurantee.
It just gives you the assurance that if things go wrong you can always change the host and get your money back.
I would say any host who stands up with gurantee is confident about his service.

Have a great day :)

You can't "always" get your money back. Just look at some of the disgruntled customers on this board. "I'm trying to cancel my account with (insert hosting company here) but they won't acknowledge it and they aren't refunding my money".

They can be a blessing and a pain in the ass. Read the fine print, sometimes any set up or labor fees do not fall under it. Sometimes you need to fax the company well in advance to get it. I have noticed over the years that some compaines will give you back your money, but only after you have jumped through a lot of hoops and red tape.
