I'm currently drafting a site out which would require:

1. a poll - preferably the web host would have this as a free service since I don't want to set it up because I have no idea how to

2. a discussion board - preferably where set up is handled by the host or the vendor, I don't mind if I have to pay or if it's free, also, I'd prefer My SQL so I guess that would be Unix based (I'm totally unfamiliar in this area but I will learn this in the meantime)

3. and in the future, a webcam - so people from the other side of the world can see what's going on in our little town. I know I need the software, the hardware (camera) and the bandwidth to acommodate the flow - live streaming video. I don't know what else is needed for the host to support this. i.e. a special kind of connection maybe? - I'm still researching webcams.

If you've run across a host that can support these three then I'm a happy camper.
