Anyone had any experience with them, good or bad?

I have seen some writting about the downtime. For a while they had problems with the uptime (4-6 hours down) but I dont know how they are now.

How are they now?

We had some downtime issues a few months back, but recently uptime has improved significantly. We acheived 99.56% over the last month.
Admittedly we have had some problems, which bogged down to VDI's network, but we are gradually moving over to NAC based servers.

All new accounts go on a server in NAC. :)
