Complete WebSite Business For Sale :

www.Webnics.net (including also .org/info/biz/.co.uk )

This website has previosuly traded as a Domain Name Registration and website hosting company with a good trading name.

The company wound up about a year ago due to the ill-health of it's primary owner.

The website offers no guaranteed traffic stats (fallen down the ranking due to non-usage). The site still appears in the search engines (some stat information is available for last 6 months www.webnics.net/stats.jpg).

Site is available as complete site, fully designed (as is) with complete Templates available , including also Flash versions. (Blank Templates available for complete customisation). Domain name search and shopping cart also included. This site is complete and ready to go.

It is possible also to register this name as a trademark as it has had single ownership since early 1999. The dot com version has been getting paraded around the web for about 5 years for offers over $100,000 .
This has been a much sought after name. The purchasers would be able to prevent the owners of the dot com version ever trading as a domain name company since the name webnics has been used as a trading/style company since 1999. Registering it as a mark would secure full rights, and this could still be done.

To view a Flash version of the site click below:

Offers invited for the sale, as is, with no stats, and no clients.
The company previously had clients in the US/Canada/Uk/Europe and Asia. Clientelle base was sold seperately.

Once in a lifetime opportunity to own a VERY sought after name, and full rights, GUARANTEED.

Bidding is open for 7 days, at the end of which if there is a decent enough offer, THIS SITE GOES. We are NOT looking for huge sums for this site, but a decent offer to cover our own costs and designing. Legal info can be provided also to assist future buyer to secure full rights including Registering as a mark, and preventing the current owner of the dot com from ever using it, (the dot com name has NEVER been used as a website EVER) and perhaps it may also be possible to compel them to relinquish ownership (may need to be registered as a trademark to do this, legal precedent DOES exist and favor the buyer)

Bid away folks.

Yeah,

I see what you mean, I've given no indications whatsoever :) Thanx

Offers over $750 would be needed to even tease a selling thought.

For anyone who might be interested, I have had an appraisal done on the name, which gives it a straight no quibble lower commercial value as a domain name alone, of $350.
As a potentially commercial name, it lists a higher market value of $1900. The appraisal also identifies that the true value could be even higher, and also states "Open to further commercial definition and branding", which basically means that if the name had no competition and could be branded (ie Registered as a Mark, which it could), the true market value could be even higher.

I am not interested in sitting around waiting for someone to come along with big bucks for the name, I just want some quick cash on it now.
Any seriously interested party could have a copy of the appraisal, if I am satisfied that their interest is genuine.
