Okay, I am thinking of starting my own webhost, I am currently (sort of) a partner in one, except I wasn't around when it was created. I just handle the creation of accounts, e-mail addresses, sub-domains and general httpd.conf stuff (the company doesn't run any 'control panel' software yet).
So, I was just wondering if any of you good folks had compiled, or could complile a create your own web hosting check list so to speak. I understand that a lot of this business is playing it as it comes, and you can't plan for every situation, but I was hoping you guys could give me a rough guide. :)
(Sorry if this sort of thread has been posted before, but none of the search queries I tried gave me any good results.)
