With my us premier paypal account when some one sign up on my site and he's not a paypal member and decides to pay by creditcard will creditcard transactions from him process in real time or is it like ikobo call your bank and verify small debit made to you card. whats the pp limit with card purchases for first time? and what will be the status of funds in my account if verified his card only not us bank account. is it safe to accept funds from some one with verified card only?
