Has anyone tried EliteHosts.com (http://www.elitehosts.com)?

I'm looking for a cheap ($5/month) and fast host, and right now they're my first choice. They seem to have what I need (see below), plus the interesting $2/month additional domains. The only catch is they are unsure what IMAP is...

Or if you have alternative suggestions, here is what I'm looking for (expect to pay around $5/month):

Required: 5Mb web space, 500Mb/month data transfer, 5 subdomains, PHP 4, MySql. Appreciated: 10Mb web space, 1Gb/month data transfer, unlimited subdomains, 1 Telnet/SSH account, 1 IMAP account, email aliases, Java Servlets/JSP, stats, cron jobs. Technical details: unrestricted .htaccess and .forward files, Apache mod_rewrite, PHP GD module (http://www.php.net/image).
