Hello,
Hostom.com is looking for an experienced writer who can quickly draft an AUP and TOS page for the business.
Please reply to this topic with any qualifications you may have and how much you would charge for the service.
Remember, I want to know why I should choose you over the next guy ;)

If you want your TOS/AUP to be valid in a court of law, I suggest you get it written or at least looked over by a lawyer.

Hostom is not planning on opening to the public for quite a while, currently we only host internal clients. The AUP/TOS pages are more to "complete" the website and to let the current clients know what to expect.

Look at www.hostlegal.com from what I undestand they have a package written by a tech lawyer that they had drafted then they are selling copies of it. It looks to be a good service. :)

Thank you Zach, due to a lack of interest we will mostly likely be going with HostLegal.

The hostlegal documents were written by a law student, not a lawyer - they are intended to be a starting point for your tos/aup + they are a good starting point but I recommend you still get a lawyer to look at it - worth spending now to avoid more expense later.
If you're still looking for a professional AUP and TOS I am interested. I have sent a PM.
I will make it look as good as I can, however I can't guarantee any legal safeties as I'm not a lawyer.

uid0, thank you for your interest.
The writing of the TOS/AUP has put on the backburner while we deal with other issues (TOS/AUP is not critical to have right now as the company is not open). I will keep you in mind when we do need an AUP/TOS.
sandanista, thank you, I definitely will get a lawyer to do a look-over, no matter who writes it.

Sandanista,
I would like to clarify your posting about our templates. The originial templates, WPK 1.0, were developed by a law student. These templates were retired and discontinued June 3rd. However, our newly released WPK 2.0 were developed by a veteran tech lawyer with more than 12 years of experience.
Also, I agree with you. It is always a good idea to get a lawyer to review any legal document.
