I'm would like to reseller domain name, can anyone give me some suggestion on this?

I've try to serch this forum but can't really find what I need. Please advise. The following is what I expect to have:

1. I can have my own design (template).
2. I can set my own price.
3. Have additional domain name suggestion feature for my client.
4. I do not need to handle the billing by myself.
5. Able to sell .info and .biz too.
6. Better to be able start selling immediately after online sign-up.
7. Reseller price per domain between USD 8 to 9 per domain.

Anyone kind enough to give me some idea? Kindly provide URL too. Thank you. ;)

Thanks for you advise.

I forgot to mention that I wish that I do not need to prepay for domain name. It's like my client pay all what I've set and I just get the balance after deduct the cost of the domain name.

Have any idea like this? Please advise. Thank you.
