I've recently been giving my small business a really big face lift and expanding my services into hosting.

I have a rather nice site design i no longer need and thought rather than selling it i would in fact give it away. However i would want a little something in return, that being that in the bottom right hand corner it says: designed by fizzyjelly.com

Now i know if someone wants to remove that its not very hard but how do i go about offering something like this with my terms of use? Do i need like a little agreement text file or something?

Also after talking to a friend he reccomended that i offer an option so that they can pay like $10/$15 bucks and gain the rights to remove the designed by fizzyjelly.com in the bottom right hand corner - do you think this will work?

what does the template look like?

i just went to fizzyjelly.com and the site is down... that isn't a very good if you are a hosting company.
