Ok, here's the deal.
I have a person who keeps submitting stolen credit cards, trying to get me to activate accounts for him/her. The person has attempted this 12 times in the last month, but luckily i have noticed similarities in his order every time and don't activate the account. He uses a different credit card each time(all valid cards) and uses all valid information in the address, name, city sections of the form. It doesn't cost me anything, cause i don't activate the accounts, but its' just really annoying. I track IP's, but he's bouncing them off different ISP's in paris, moscow, and egypt so i can't pinpoint him. The credit card companies accually don't care much, and so i'm just left with this annoying person. Does anyone have any suggestions on what i can do, or is it just something i have to deal with? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks,
