Wow... that was a quick change! I must say that I'd prefer the Double space to having multiple accounts... although the option of both would be better. Seeing as you advertised the double space can we still get that if that's what we wish? (as opposed to the buy one get one free offer)

Yeah your TOS does seem a bit heavy especially in the "fee" section.

$250 to reconnect an account that has been suspended due to late payment? I think people would cut their lose and move to a different host. As well $150 / hr "Research Fee"?? That's just a clause to take the person's money.

We modeled our TOS after a popular "template" - that's all. In our history, we've never implemented those fees (or had a need to).

And yes, you could still get the Double Space or Double Bandwidth option if you mention it on your order form :-)

So if I order plan 3 I get 40 mb space?
