Who uses Nextel on here? Just got mine I love the direct connect feature.

I *did* use them. After 2 years of missed calls, dropped signals while talking, etc... I dumped them.

Their claim to fame is the direct-connect feature, and it is nice. The shoddy service is what drove me away.

I just picked up a Voicestream phone, which will work fine in my situation (their coverage is a bit spotty if you move out of your home area, but being new, that'll change). Best of all, they have some really excellent pricing. They start at 19.95 a month, which includes 60 anytime minutes and 500 nights/weekend minutes. Not bad. They had a deal going on that sweet little Nokia 8290 phone for $75 including activation with a 1-year comittment!

I got my cell phone plan about 5 years ago

unlimited calls for 20.95 a month

and there was no clause that ammount or length can be changed =)

kept that puppy

now after about 6 companies im with verizon and still throw a fit if they try and change it and sorry here is the reciept
