I am thinking about getting some dedicated servers.
All accounts will come with tons of software such as
webmail
web stats
plesk cp
email
well a ton, just ask and ill tell you if its included.
Well all resellers would get to create doamins and manage it in their control panel. Unlimited domains, ftp, email accountss.
Wild cards will soon be installed. Plenty of support for resellers are clients of resellers.
Now what are some good packages, like bandwidth and space and price?
Also would people here be intrested in a mentioned plan, or a plan of their own?

Why don't you do a search on the forum. You will find a host of previous discussion on the same topic(no pun intended)
The features you mentioned are all very standard, actually, my advice to you is to differentiate.

Another suggestion is to read the forum a bit and see what hosts and reseller plans people are always recommending. Then go to the site and see what they offer.

If you offer to support your resellers clients then you will attract resellers like rhinos to a water-hole! But make sure you can keep that commitment or you will be ot of business soon.
9 out of 10 resellers prefer to have a bulk space like 2gb-3gb and 10-15 times the space as bandwidth [though the usage maybe like 100mb space and 500mb transfer/mo!] with control panels and unlimited domains and stable servers and dual processors and scsi disks and 24 hour monitoring of servers and php and perl and my sql and python and ..... all for 20-30$/month!
We web hosts are like beings that are so smart that they outsmart themselves!

Personally I have to disagree that 9 out of 10 would prefer bulk accounts as opposed to set accounts. It seems to be more 50-50 to me (though I could be wrong as I have been known to). However, here is a few things that would be nice:
Reseller Discounts on things like bandwidth, extra email addy's, extra web space ect. This seems to be rare but would be very nice :).

My recommendation is to offer the same as MCHost.com and other private label resellers.. and then make your business based 100% on customer support.
I can't stress this enough. If you want customers (at least.. if you want to KEEP them) you need to have excellent support.
That means your profit will be spent on hiring support staff and NEVER letting support tickets sit for more than an hour unanswered.
If you can do this, you will have everyone in these forums saying great things about you.. just like the other reseller companies.

I agree making a company specifically for reselling is an excellent idea, however, when your a company just starting out $300+ per month isn't exactly ideal.
MCHost
Ventures Online
Those are probably your best options.
