I cannot believe that a company would be so un-professional. Yes, I admit that I started it and stirred the pot... but if you are a reseller of a professional company like Authorize.Net, I think you should be smarter and more professional than this. Below is a transcript of the email I had with thiis guy Mike Fenimore who works or owns CcommerceConsulting.com. These guys are supposed to be credited resellers of the Authorize.Net program. AVOID TEHM AT ALL COSTS!

Here are my emails and his replies. They read backwards so the first email (from me) is at the bottom. What a pathetic company.

And just for the record those **** were actual curse words. Granted I am a punk for send the email in the first place but I gaurantee that I will never use this company now. Before it was just a website that lacked quality... now it is the people inside the compnay. Very dangerous especially if you are going to entrust your bank account to them.

Geez! That is quite an interaction. It seems as though he was hurt by your initial email, although his site could use some work. The response to your email was a bit severe. Maybe the guy was having a bad day? In truth, his site design is enough to turn me off. But it's better to walk away than point out his weakness.

It was a good read for shock value ....

If there is anything positive to be gleaned from this thread, I would summarize it as this - even if you are upset with someone, keep things on a professional level.

It never pays to get emotional and to get into some kind of a name calling game that reflects poorly on the individual(s) involved.

Granted, he shouldn't have responded so unprofessionally... but after your initial e-mail, why the hell are you expecting professionalism?

Did anyone even look at his "testimonials"... That's why I sent the emails... Both of the testimonials are to fake email addresses, and even the email addresses themselves have a hint of "sly-devilshness".

I will leave by saying that certainly I stirred the pot, but so what. Companies that can't take a little snide remark from a punk kid are just plain stupid. They derserve to fail. Society needs to weed out all the jerk companies and stick with those that are decent.

Bottom line... the OVER-reaction on this guys part is what inspired me to "spread the word about how terrible he is"... And if I can save just one person from making the mistake of using his company... then I have done my job.
