i have no idea why this is not working. I can access every other part of the site, and have no problems with the internet access.
The only problems i have had in the past were not similar to this at all!

Hi!
I have experienced this similar incidence quite a few times. Try contacting your ISP. They must have cached a bad DNS or something like that. If it works in other areas of the world then there is nothing wrong with the site. The problem might be on your computer. Have you tried using other computer? Yes sometimes my computer go crazy like that. But, most of the time it is the ISP's fault.
I use alertsite.com to check if my site is down or not.

the page loads for me. Try emptying your cache then restarting. That usually works for me when I can't seem to access parts of sites.

You could also use a proxy to access the site. This will bypass any problem of your ISP.
If the problem is simply with that particular page, try using a different browser.
