Right now I am currently using UCVHost.com, at first they seemed great, speed was OK, they had a little down time and I had some problems with email (which were fixed after several support chats). So I thought what the hell they seem good enough, I opened 2 more accounts with them, 1 more NT account and 1 Nix account. Same thing with NT same problems as before. However the nix account was crap, speed was slow, constant down time and to top it off I find out they DO NOT have their own name servers, they are sharing with other FREE web hosting companies (or at least this is what I think, I may be wrong). I have not emailed support cause sometimes they can't even speak english correctly. I also noticed that they ARE NOT with their servers they live on the other side of the world.

So I came here, and I am looking for another paid service, one that is within a decent price range and that has decent uptime and decent speed.

Heres what I need:

10 to 50mb of space (or greater ;))
1gb or greate data transfer
Within reason amount of POP3 (with SMTP capabilites) accounts (Notice how I did not use "unlimited")
Webmail
Web Control Panel (Plesk is cool if you have it)
PHP4 Support
MySQL Database
Subdomains (within reason if possible, if not 2 or 3 is OK)

Price? If possible between $1 to $15 a month. If I can get a pay by month package that would be great to.
