It's probably already known since but I thought I would give a heads up. This company has given the worst service I could possibly imagine.

Let me start by saying I didn't search them out and select them, a friend of mine sent me a link to an auction on ubid for a yearly package of a resellers acct,
it was unlimited:
space
bandwidth
domains
email
ftp
etc, etc
I'm since learning to avoid anything like that like the plague but at the time I didnt' know and it seemed like a good option for a few friends since we could all host some low priority domains on there for a good price. I bid on a whim and one the auction for only $14, I thought it was my lucky day.

Since then they were quick about asking me for payment but slow for anything else, and since it was an auction I was bound to pay. They eventually got my one domain setup but have not answered a single question via email in the last month or so.

First it was my email account was taking a few hrs for a message to get through, no response. Then I couldn't setup another ftp for my friend, no response. A few other questions in between that went unanswered and my latest of... the primary ftp doesn't allow any logins so you can't even put files on the site if you wanted to, and it has been that way for a few weeks now.

Just wanted to let anyone know if they had for any bizzare reason considered them to look elsewhere, I'm only happy I moved just one domain over there and didn't let all my friends jump on the account or I would have more trouble than I though.

The word unlimited is the biggest scam on the web hosting market today, good luck with a new host.

I don't agree. Yes there is no such thing as Unlimited Bandwidth, however it is possible for companies to offer Unlimted Space. I mean all they have to do is add more hard drives! So yes companies that offer unlimited bandwidth are LYING because we all know that it is impossible, but we can't say that there should be a ban on UNLIMITED! Because then customers that don't know anything see the word unlimited and shy away from the offer.

Sure there is such a thing as unlimited space, but will they actually back you with it... I doubt it. I'd like to find a couple dollar host that offers unlimited space and upload about 10 gigs worth of stuff and see how long before they can me, if not I'd put another 10 gigs up, I highly doubt they would just keep on adding hard drives to keep me happy for my few dollars a month.

Unlimited space does not exist. Can you buy an unlimited hard drive? No. Therefore unlimited space does not exist.

What happens once you've added 4 hard drives and don't have any IDE channels left? What happens when the case has no more room for additional hard drives?
Do you buy another server just because someone is going along and making use of their unlimited space? It's not economonical, but ok, lets say you buy another server to offer 'unlimited space'.

What happens when this scenario progresses, and there is no room left in the rack for servers? Do you buy another rack?

And once there is no more room for additional racks in the datacenter, do you buy another datacenter?

Unlimited space does not exist.

No one, just a little example of the fact unlimited space can't exist.

I'm sure if I backed up my hard drives to an 'unlimited' host, invited my colleagues to do the same, then let my friends back up theirs as well, it would fill up a fair amount of space.
