I have been with these guys for 2-3 months now and I have very happy with their high level of support and service. Their livechat is up 24/7 and I am able to reach them with ease. Also they always put their customers first! I recently rented a machine and it was not holding up to my needs ( it ran for less than 24 hours ). I was able to quickly get another machine setup ( in only a couple hours ) to replace the old machine and got a reply saying that they always put their customer first and will rather see their customers happy than have a machine that is not holding up to my needs. They are also soon getting Global Crossing and MCI/UUNET connected which will really make their servers fly!
