does anyone know how or where i can get information on accepting payments via a sms / text message in the UK & US?

i want to implement so users can sms / text a number to get x amount of credits for each sms / text.

any information on this would be greatly appreciated.

I know some programs can be implemented on a few Nextel phones for merchants but for consumers - I do not think that is available yet because of security reasons. I actually met with a company yesterday that had a similar situation, but everything we worked thru, the security just was not there.
