I do not know anything about E-Commerce eg, how to accept credit cards. I need a payment gateway and a credit card processing firm ? Does which country i'm from affect my choices of getting subscriptions made through the payment gateway to me?
Tell me :)

Are you looking for a third party payment processor or a merchant account? There are advantages/disadvantages to both and a long list of providers for each. Some do deny service to certain countries, so you'd have to check with the provider you choose before you sign up.

Yes - depending on what country you are in, you are limited to your choices as far as the CC processors / payment gateways are available to you. If you could tell us the country, we might be able to help you

One of the things I look for is intergration of the payment form into the website. For example: I would not want my clients being sent to another website to pay (CC Bill, ect). Most bank merchant account will allow that. However, I just looked at Pay Pal merchant account and might begin using them .. has anyone used them?

PayPal is a popular third part payment processor, although some people have had bad experiences with them. Your username is "Adult Websites", I'm not sure what you're planning to sell, but you should be aware that PayPal does not allow sites to have adult content on them. I just wanted to point that out since some people have lost their PayPal accounts because of that.

I think you will have a hard time getting underwritten for anything that is considered adult. There are almost no U.S. banks willing to underwrite those kinds of accounts any more.
Companies like VOLPAY may be able to help you but you are looking at a rapidly diminishing list of options.
