Can anybody recommend anti-spam software that I could install onto a Windows 2003 Server to help cut down spam for my customers. I know my customers would appreciate this facility.

Any help you can offer would be very much appreciated.

Try Spamhaus: http://www.spamhaus.org/ or something like this.
